On dog abuse. (pertains to all domesticated animals.)
It is we humans who domesticated dogs. It is therefore my strong opinion that we are obligated to give them the basic necessities they require when we take them into our home. Anything less than food, shelter, exercise and proper medical care is abuse/torture. If you neglect these basic needs you should be ashamed of who you are and should be forced to pay a massive penalty.
